Some guidance

Activity level

Sedentary: Minimal physical activity throughout the day.

Moderately active: Engages in moderate physical activity throughout the day, equivalent to 1x ~30min workout // 1x 60min walk.

Highly active: Engages in frequent or vigorous physical activity daily.

Temperature

Select based on the outside temperature of your climate on the average day in the current season. You may need to adjust this throughout the year.

Diet

Low hydration diet: A diet consisting of dehydrating foods and drinks, this may include: caffeinated drinks, processed foods and high sodium.

Normal diet: A standard balanced diet.

High hydration diet: A diet high in hydrating foods such as fruit and vegetables.
