User Agreement

Welcome to Jump Into Motion (“JIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement. This Agreement applies to Clients, Trainers, and Training Providers.

1. Services Provided
​

  • Clients can browse, book, and pay for personal training.
     

  • Trainers can advertise and deliver training, and display verified qualifications.
     

  • Training Providers can list accredited courses and approve qualifications.
     

JIM acts solely as an intermediary connecting Clients, Trainers, and Providers. We do not provide training or educational services ourselves.

2. Account Creation
​

  • Users must be 18+.
     

  • Trainers and Providers must supply accurate details. False information may result in suspension or permanent ban.
     

  • Training Providers are subject to individual review before approval.

 

3. User Obligations
​

  • Clients must use the platform responsibly and only for legitimate bookings.
     

  • Trainers must be truthful about qualifications and may not advertise services cheaper elsewhere or take payments off-platform.
     

  • Training Providers may only offer educational content approved by JIM.
     

Attempts to solicit or transact off-platform will result in a permanent ban.

4. Payments and Fees
​

  • All payments are processed via Stripe.
     

  • Fees are set out in our [Payment Policy] (link to follow).
     

  • Users must comply with Stripe’s terms.
     

 

 

5. User Content

  • Reviews may only be posted by genuine customers.
     

  • Falsified reviews may lead to suspension or termination.
     

  • Content containing offensive or harmful language will be removed.

6. Disputes
​

  • Clients & Trainers: encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
     

  • Trainers & Providers: disputes (e.g., refunds, course quality) are between the parties.
     

  • JIM does not assume liability for disputes.
     

  • In serious cases, disputes may be referred to governing bodies or law enforcement.

 

7. Liability and Insurance
​

  • JIM is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from training, courses, or relationships.
     

  • JIM does not guarantee the quality or validity of Training Provider courses.
     

  • Trainers and Providers are solely responsible for maintaining any required insurance.
     

  • Stripe is responsible for payment errors.
     

Users agree to indemnify JIM against any claims arising from their use of the platform.

 

8. Governing Body Compliance
​

JIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate Trainers at the request of governing bodies where misconduct or non-compliance is reported.

9. Intellectual Property
​

  • User-generated content (bios, reviews, course descriptions) remains the property of the user.
     

  • By posting, users grant JIM a limited license to use such content within the platform.

10. Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if this Agreement is breached or community safety is at risk.

​

11. Governing Law

​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer residing outside the UK, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country. Nothing in this Agreement limits those rights.
